Nebraska High School Volleyball - Sutton tips Bruning-Davenport/Shickley
September 3, 2024: Sutton, NE 68979 The Sutton Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles to 1 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Sandy Creek for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3. Sutton will play a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Meridian (Daykin, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Bruning-Davenport/Shickley drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Hampton (Hampton, NE) to play the Hawks in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 5. The Hawks come into the outing with a record of 2-4. Hampton won 2-1 in their recent league outing against McCool Junction (McCool Junction, NE)
