September 3, 2024: Jackson, TN 38301 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Jackson South Side Hawks (Jackson, TN) and the visiting Ripley Tigers (Ripley, TN), observed Jackson South Side's volleyball team top Ripley by a tally of 3-1.
The Hawks (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Chester County (Henderson, TN). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Chester County beat Hardin County (Savannah, TN), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Tigers meet the Crockett County Cavaliers (Alamo, TN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 5. Ripley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Cavaliers enter the contest with a 10-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Dyersburg (Dyersburg, TN).
