Nebraska High School Volleyball - Lincoln Southwest tips Millard North

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Millard North Mustangs.

The Silver Hawks (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Kearney (Kearney, NE). The Bearcats enter the A District challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Kearney got by Northwest (Grand Island, NE), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Bryan Bears (Omaha, NE) in a A District challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Millard North will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Buena Vista (Omaha, NE).
