The South Newton Rebels topped the host Rensselaer Central Bombers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Rebels confront the Faith Christian Eagles (Lafayette, IN) in a Midwest Athletic test, on Thursday, September 5. South Newton will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 8-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Purdue Polytechnic (Indianapolis, IN).

The Bombers now own a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Twin Lakes for a Hoosier test on Thursday, September 5.
