Virginia High School Football - Buffalo Gap trounces Bath County
September 3, 2025: Hot Springs, VA 24445 In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Buffalo Gap Bison football squad scored a decisive 39-0 victory over the Bath County Chargers.
The Bison (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA). The Green Hornets go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Wilson Memorial was crushed by Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA), 12-6, in a non-league battle.
The Chargers now hold a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Stonewall Jackson for a non-league match on Wednesday, September 10. Bath County will confront a Generals squad coming off a 20-14 non-league win over Nelson County (Lovingston, VA). The Generals record now stands at 1-0.
