September 3, 2025: Bristol, RI 02809 Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Cumberland advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Clippers host Cranston West (Cranston, RI) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 1-0.
The Huskies now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Scituate for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Mt. Hope will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over West Warwick (West Warwick, RI). The Spartans record now stands at 1-0.
