Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Elizabeth Cardinals (Elizabeth, CO), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Discovery Canyon improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Thunder host Falcon (Falcon, CO) to face the Falcons in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 3-1. Falcon lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO)

The Cardinals now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodland Park for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4.
