September 3, 2025: Gardena, CA 90248 Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Legacy Tigers (South Gate, CA) and the host Gardena Panthers (Gardena, CA), observed Legacy's volleyball team top Gardena by a count of 2-0.
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Carson (Carson, CA). The Colts enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Carson was knocked off by Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Panthers meet the King/Drew Golden Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 4. Gardena will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Harbor Teacher (Wilmington, CA).
