Missouri High School Soccer - Ruskin toppled by Kearney
September 3, 2025: Kearney, MO 64060 Kearney Bulldogs (Kearney, MO) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Ruskin Golden Eagles (Kansas City, MO), 6-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Kearney moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bulldogs host Maryville (Maryville, MO) to confront the Spoofhounds in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Spoofhounds go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Maryville lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Barstow (Kansas City, MO)
Next up, the Golden Eagles confront the Belton Pirates (Belton, MO) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 8. Ruskin will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Pirates go into the outing with a 1-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO).
