Georgia High School Softball - Trion tipped by Dade County
September 3, 2025: Trion, GA 30753 Dade County Wolverines (Trenton, GA) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA), 2-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Dade County upgrades its record to 12-2 on the year. The Wolverines host Christian Heritage (Dalton, GA) to play the Lions in a 1A D-I Region 7 battle on Thursday, September 4. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 1-9. Christian Heritage lost 11-1 in their recent non-league battle against Trion (Trion, GA)
With the loss, Trion moves to 6-4 on the season. The Bulldogs host Mt. Zion (Mt. Zion, GA) to confront the Eagles in a 1A D-II Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 7-5.
