The Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) softball routed the visiting Woodland Wolfpack (Stockbridge, GA), 14-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Wolverines now sport a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Luella for a non-league test on Monday, September 8.

The Wolfpack (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Hampton (Hampton, GA). The Hornets go into the 4A Region 2 test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Hampton was routed by Adairsville (Adairsville, GA), 7-0, in a non-league outing.
