September 3, 2025: Fayetteville, NC 28301 Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host E.E. Smith Golden Bulls (Fayetteville, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hoke County upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Bucks host Overhills (Spring Lake, NC) to play the Jaguars in a Mid-South 7A/8A outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Jaguars come into the outing with a record of 2-4. Overhills lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC)
With the loss, E.E. Smith drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Golden bulls travel to St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a Eastern Sandhills 5A/6A outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 2-6. St. Pauls lost 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC)
