The Trojans (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Portage Central (Portage, MI). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Portage Central notched a victory over St. Johns (St. Johns, MI), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Saxons meet the Olivet Eagles (Olivet, MI) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 6. Hastings will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Pennfield (Battle Creek, MI).
