California High School Volleyball - Sierra Vista bounced by Rowland
September 3, 2025: Baldwin Park, CA 91706 Rowland Raiders (Rowland Heights, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Sierra Vista Dons (Baldwin Park, CA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Calvary Baptist (La Verne, CA). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Calvary Baptist gained a win over The Grove School (Redlands, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
The Dons now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Monte for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Sierra Vista will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA). The Lions record now stands at 2-3.
