September 4, 2021: South Portland, ME 04106 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the South Portland Red Riots (South Portland, ME) and the visiting Cheverus Stags (Portland, ME), saw South Portland's soccer squad get by Cheverus by a margin of 2-1.
The Red Riots now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Windham for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 7.
With the loss, Cheverus drops to 0-1 on the season. The Stags host Portland (Portland, ME) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 8. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-0.
