The Sycamore Spartans held off the host Romeoville Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Elgin for a non-league test on Saturday, September 4. Sycamore will confront a Storm team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Lake Park (Roselle, IL). The Storm record now stands at 6-1.
