Kentucky High School Soccer - Sacred Heart knocks off Seneca
September 4, 2024: Louisville, KY 40206 The Sacred Heart Valkyries soccer squad scored 11 points and held the visiting Seneca Red Hawks to 0 in the Valkyries league victory on Wednesday.
The Valkyries now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Our Lady of Good Counsel for a non-league bout on Friday, September 6. Sacred Heart will play a Falcons squad coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Northwest (Germantown, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Seneca moves to 0-3 on the year. The Red hawks host Waggener (Louisville, KY) to play the Wildcats in a District 27 bout on Wednesday, September 11. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Waggener lost 9-0 in their recent league bout against Atherton (Louisville, KY)
