With the triumph, Liberty moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Lancers host Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO) to clash with the Thunder in a non-league test on Monday, September 9. The Thunder come into the test with a record of 2-3. Discovery Canyon lost 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Harrison (Colorado Springs, CO)
The Trojans now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cherry Creek for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Aurora Central will clash with a Bruins team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Fairview (Boulder, CO). The Bruins record now stands at 4-0.
