Minnesota High School Soccer - Brooklyn Center toppled by Robbinsdale Cooper
September 4, 2024: New Hope, MN 55428 Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks (New Hope, MN) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Brooklyn Center Centaurs (Brooklyn Center, MN), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Robbinsdale Cooper moves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Kennedy (Bloomington, MN) to clash with the Eagles in a Class AA Section 6 test on Monday, September 9. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-0.
The Centaurs now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hope Academy for a Class A Section 5 test on Thursday, September 5. Brooklyn Center will clash with a team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cristo Rey Jesuit (Minneapolis, MN). The record now stands at 1-1.
