The River Valley Vikings smashed the visiting Pleasant Spartans soccer team by a tally of 7-1 in Thursday's league game.

Next, the Vikings face the Bellefontaine Chieftains (Bellefontaine, OH) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 21. River Valley will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Chieftains enter the game with a 0-8 record after their 5-1 league loss to Kenton Ridge (Springfield, OH).
