Spectators at Thursday's non-league bout between the Revere Minutemen (Richfield, OH) and the host Valley Forge Patriots (Parma Heights, OH), saw Revere's football team prevail over Valley Forge by a final score of 34-14.

With the win, Revere advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Minutemen travel to Roosevelt (Kent, OH) to encounter the Rough Riders in a Suburban - American bout on Friday, September 12. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Roosevelt won 40-20 in their recent non-league bout against Ellet (Akron, OH)

The Patriots now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Rocky River for a Cleveland West bout on Friday, September 12. Valley Forge will encounter a Pirates team coming off a 34-28 non-league loss to Lake (Uniontown, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 2-1.
