In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Tehachapi Warriors football team scored a big 49-7 win over the Taft Wildcats.

With the win, Tehachapi advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Warriors host Wasco (Wasco, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league match on Friday, September 12. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 3-0. Wasco won 55-16 in their recent non-league match against Morro Bay (Morro Bay, CA)

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Arvin Bears (Arvin, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 12. Taft will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Bears come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 46-25 non-league loss to Boron (Boron, CA).
