September 4, 2025: Hereford, TX 79045 The Clovis Wildcats football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Hereford Whitefaces to 0 in the Wildcats non-league win on Thursday.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls (Carlsbad, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Clovis will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The Whitefaces (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Plainview (Plainview, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Plainview was ripped by Pampa (Pampa, TX), 34-28, in a non-league test.
