September 4, 2025: Stanford, KY 40484 Bluegrass United Bluehawks (Lexington, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Lincoln County Patriots (Stanford, KY), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Bluegrass United advances its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bluehawks travel to Nelson County (Bardstown, KY) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. The Cardinals go into the outing with a record of 3-3. Nelson County lost 8-0 in their recent league outing against Bethlehem (Bardstown, KY)
Next up, the Patriots play the Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 8. Lincoln County will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record.
