West Virginia High School Soccer - Woodrow Wilson knocks off Shady Spring
September 4, 2025: Beckley, WV 25801 In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles soccer squad scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Shady Spring Tigers.
The Flying Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Cabell Midland (Ona, WV). The Knights go into the Coalfield AAA outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Cabell Midland was overwhelmed by Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, WV) in a test, on Monday, September 8. Shady Spring will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record.
