Colorado High School Softball - Doherty drops to Pueblo West
September 4, 2025: Pueblo West, CO 81007 Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Doherty Spartans (Colorado Springs, CO), 11-1 in a non-league match.
The Cyclones (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Rampart was routed by Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO), 9-2, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Liberty Lancers (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 9. Doherty will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Lancers come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 10-4 non-league win over Widefield (Colorado Springs, CO).
