The Globe Tigers volleyball squad (Globe, AZ), was edged 2-1 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Alchesay Falcons (Whiteriver, AZ)

With the win, Alchesay improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Falcons travel to Winslow (Winslow, AZ) to encounter the Bulldogs in a battle on Tuesday, September 23. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 2-1.

The Tigers now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Tan Foothills for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 9.
