In Thursday's non-league match, the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Falcons confront the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 9. West Rowan will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record.

With the loss, Northwest Cabarrus drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 9.
