New Mexico High School Volleyball - Volcano Vista over West Mesa
September 4, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87114 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Volcano Vista Hawks volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the West Mesa Mustangs.
With the win, Volcano Vista advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Bears in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Bears go into the test with a record of 1-0.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Michael's for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. West Mesa will play a Horsemen team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Horsemen record now stands at 3-0.
