Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Saucon Valley Jim Thorpe

Jim Thorpe Olympians (Jim Thorpe, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA), 3-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Jim Thorpe advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Olympians travel to North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, September 8. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 1-3. North Schuylkill lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Shenandoah Valley (Shenandoah, PA)

With the loss, Saucon Valley falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Colonial game on Saturday, September 6. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 2-3. Northern Lehigh lost 4-0 in their recent league game against Wilson Area (Easton, PA)
