Oklahoma High School Softball - Shattuck bounces Covington-Douglas
September 4, 2025: Shattuck, OK 73858 Spectators at Thursday's league contest between the Shattuck Indians (Shattuck, OK) and the visiting Covington-Douglas Wildcats (Covington, OK), saw Shattuck's softball squad topple Covington-Douglas by a score of 13-0.
With the triumph, Shattuck improves its record to 12-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Drummond (Drummond, OK) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 6. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Drummond won 11-3 in their recent non-league bout against Dover (Dover, OK)
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Waukomis Chiefs (Waukomis, OK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 8. Covington-Douglas will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Chiefs go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 9-2 non-league win over Hobart (Hobart, OK).
