September 4, 2025: Savanna, OK 74565 Oilton Panthers (Oilton, OK) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Savanna Bulldogs (Savanna, OK), 7-0 in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morris for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. Oilton will confront a Eagles team coming off a 5-1 league win over Heavener (Heavener, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, Savanna moves to 3-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hartshorne (Hartshorne, OK) to meet the Miners in a 2A challenge on Monday, September 8. The Miners enter the challenge with a record of 13-3. Hartshorne won 4-2 in their recent league challenge against Warner (Warner, OK)
