Oklahoma High School Softball - Wister drops to Silo
September 4, 2025: Silo, OK 74701 Silo Rebels (Silo, OK) fans exited the stadium happy Thursday as they observed their softball team notch a victory over the visiting Wister Wildcats (Wister, OK), 9-1 in a non-league match.
The Rebels (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK). The Indians go into the 3A match with a 13-6 record. In their last match, Sequoyah was routed by Poteau (Poteau, OK), 8-6, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Poteau Pirates (Poteau, OK) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 5. Wister will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 4-2 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK).
