The Fairfield Falcons volleyball squad (Langdon, KS), was defeated 2-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Central Plains Oilers (Claflin, KS)

With the win, Central Plains improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Oilers host Chase (Chase, KS) to encounter the Kats in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. The Kats go into the battle with a record of 0-3. Chase lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against LaCrosse (LaCrosse, KS)

Next, the Falcons meet the South Barber Chieftains (Kiowa, KS) in a Heart of the Plains contest, on Tuesday, September 9. Fairfield will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
