September 4, 2025: Berlin, MD 21811 The Delmar Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Worcester Prep Mallards to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chincoteague for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 9. Delmar will confront a Ponies squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Holly Grove Christian (Westover, MD). The Ponies record now stands at 0-3.
The Mallards (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Indian River (Dagsboro, DE). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Indian River was topped by Smyrna (Smyrna, DE), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
