North Carolina High School Volleyball - Lejeune overwhelmed by East Duplin

September 4, 2025: Beulaville, NC 28518

East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lejeune Devilpups (Camp Lejeune, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, East Duplin improves its record to 7-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC) to meet the Heat in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 8. The Heat come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Liberty Christian Academy won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC)

Next, the Devilpups meet the Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) in a Coastal Plains 1A/2A challenge, on Monday, September 8. Lejeune will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Seahawks come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Howard (Wilson, NC).
