North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Iredell over East Surry
September 4, 2025: Pilot Mountain, NC 27041 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) and the host East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC), observed North Iredell's volleyball team top East Surry by a count of 3-1.
The Raiders (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Mustangs go into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, East Rowan dropped by South Rowan (China Grove, NC), 3-2, in a league battle.
The Cardinals now own a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Starmount for a non-league battle on Monday, September 8. East Surry will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to West Wilkes (Millers Creek, NC). The Rams record now stands at 7-3.
