Arkansas High School Volleyball - Walnut Ridge tips Hoxie
September 4, 2025: Hoxie, AR 72433 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Walnut Ridge Bobcats (Walnut Ridge, AR) and the host Hoxie Mustangs (Hoxie, AR), observed Walnut Ridge's volleyball team hold off Hoxie by a count of 3-2.
The Bobcats (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, AR). The Hornets enter the 3A 3 contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Harrisburg got by Brookland (Brookland, AR), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Mustangs battle the Crowley's Ridge Academy Falcons (Paragould, AR) in a 3A 3 battle, on Monday, September 8. Hoxie will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Falcons go into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Highland (Hardy, AR).
