The William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA) volleyball knocked off the host Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Dragons now possess a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Madison County for a non-league match on Monday, September 8. William Monroe will battle a Mountaineers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 4-1.
