The Winona Tigers (Winona, MS) volleyball held off the host Senatobia Warriors (Senatobia, MS), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Aberdeen for a Class 3A Region 4 bout on Monday, September 8. Winona will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Nettleton (Nettleton, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Senatobia drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Ripley (Ripley, MS) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 9. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 12-2.
