Iowa High School Volleyball - West Liberty tips Tipton
September 4, 2025: West Liberty, IA 52776 In Thursday's non-league test, the host West Liberty Comets volleyball squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the Tipton Tigers.
With the win, West Liberty improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Comets travel to Mid-Prairie (Wellman, IA) to face the Golden Hawks in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Golden Hawks go into the test with a record of 8-0.
The Tigers now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Easton Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Tipton will meet a team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA). The record now stands at 0-5.
