September 5, 2023: Santa Ynez, CA 93460 The Santa Ynez Pirates topped the visiting Freshman Opponent volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Pirates now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paso Robles for a test on Thursday, September 7. Santa Ynez will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Monache (Porterville, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-1.
The (13-27) will now prepare for their test against Tabernacle Christian (Martinsville, IN). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Tabernacle Christian was knocked off by Heartland Christian (New Castle, IN), 2-0, in a league test.
