September 5, 2023: Kalama, WA 98625 The Kalama Chinooks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Columbia Adventist Academy Kodiaks to 0 in the Chinooks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Chinooks now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Center for a non-league game on Thursday, September 7. Kalama will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Firm Foundation Christian (Battle Ground, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
The Kodiaks (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Seton Catholic (Vancouver, WA). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Seton Catholic gained a win over Heritage (Vancouver, WA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
