Washington High School Volleyball - Wapato tips Connell
September 5, 2023: Connell, WA 99326 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Wapato Wolves (Wapato, WA) and the host Connell Eagles (Connell, WA), saw Wapato's volleyball squad nip Connell by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Wapato upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wolves host College Place (College Place, WA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 7. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 0-1. College Place lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against La Salle (Union Gap, WA)
The Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Toppenish for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 6. Connell will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Davis (Yakima, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.
