September 5, 2023: Chicago, IL 60616 The De La Salle Meteors topped the visiting Elmwood Park Tigers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Meteors now have a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aurora Central Catholic for a test on Tuesday, September 12. De La Salle will confront a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 0-1.
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL). The Bulldogs enter the test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Riverside-Brookfield gained a win over Deerfield (Deerfield, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
