September 5, 2023: Rainier, WA 98576 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Rainier Mountaineers (Rainier, WA) and the visiting Northwest Christian Wolverines (Lacey, WA), saw Rainier's volleyball squad beat Northwest Christian by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Rainier upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Mountaineers host Raymond (Raymond, WA) to play the Seagulls in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 6. The Seagulls go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Raymond won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Morton/White Pass (Morton, WA)
The Wolverines now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Pope John Paul II for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12.
