September 5, 2023: Custer, SD 57730 The Douglas/Rapid City Christian Patriot Comets smashed the host Custer Wildcats soccer squad by a margin of 11-3 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Patriot Comets now sport a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Sturgis Brown for a Class AA match on Thursday, September 7. Douglas/Rapid City Christian will encounter a Scoopers squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Stevens (Rapid City, SD). The Scoopers record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Custer drops to 0-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to West Central (Hartford, SD) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league match on Friday, September 8. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 0-4. West Central lost 10-0 in their recent non-league match against Tea (Tea, SD)
