September 5, 2023: Tacoma, WA 98405 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Steilacoom Sentinels (Steilacoom, WA) and the host Foss Falcons (Tacoma, WA), saw Steilacoom's volleyball squad beat Foss by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Steilacoom upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Sentinels host White River (Buckley, WA) to play the Hornets in a 2A South Puget Sound bout on Monday, September 11. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 2-0.
The Falcons now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Orting for a 2A South Puget Sound bout on Friday, September 8. Foss will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-1.
