North Carolina High School Volleyball - R-S Central crushed by Polk County

September 5, 2023: Columbus, NC 28722

The Polk County Wolverines prevailed the visiting R-S Central Hilltoppers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Wolverines now have a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crest for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 6. Polk County will confront a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 6-2.

The Hilltoppers (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Patton (Morganton, NC). The Panthers enter the Mountain Foothills Seven 1A/2A test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Patton dropped by East Rutherford (Forest City, NC), 3-2, in a league test.
