September 5, 2024: Adrian, MI 49221 The Adrian Maples football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Bedford Kicking Mules to 12 in the Maples non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Maples now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Monroe for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Adrian will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 28-7 non-league win over Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Bedford drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Kicking mules travel to Dexter (Dexter, MI) to meet the Dreadnaughts in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Dreadnaughts come into the test with a record of 2-0. Dexter won 14-13 in their recent non-league test against Saline (Saline, MI)
